Our buyers focus on investing in or acquiring small to mid-size companies based in the United States and Canada. Our buyers and their advisors have a broad range of experience in investment analysis, equity investing, hands-on operating management and finance.

The companies they are interested in have the following characteristics:

  • They are well established in their industry.
  • They are profitable.
  • There is a competent management team in place to manage daily operations.
  • There are defined opportunities that can be achieved through execution of a growth plan that covers organic growth opportunities and the identification of growth though add-on acquisitions.

They seek businesses with stable cash flows and solid market positions or defensible niches.

Intermediaries

We work with a number of buyers with interest in many different industries.  Please let us know what seller listings we can assist you with.

If you would like us to review what we feel is the potential for interest in your seller from our buyer's please submit an anonymous business profile or email us.  We'd be happy to give you some feedback.

When working with Brokers and other Intermediaries in cases where we are not getting paid by our buyer, our Finder or Referrals fees are based on a percentage of the broker or intermediaries sell-side fees.  Our fees are success-based.  "You only pay for results!”

Again, in some instances our buyer may be paying our fees.  In those cases we can work with you to present your seller to our buyers and you do not have to pay us a share of your sell-side fee.

We do not share any confidential information with our buyers without the appropriate legal documents protecting confidentiality and your relationship with your client and our relationship with our clients being in place.

You maintain strict control of disclosure of any confidential information and the delivery of information to the buyer prospect.  You are aware at all times of what the buyer prospect has received.  And by direct communication with them are kept apprised of their level of interest and where things stand in the negotiations.
